  1. I got this phone for my elderly mother. I thought it would be simple enough for her to use as a phone only. However, it doesn’t seem to have the option of answering upon opening the phone. Instead, it requires pushing a button to answer once phone is opened.

    Also, the button has to be pushed extremely hard in order to answer it. Like I said, I simply wanted something simple enough that she could place calls to family members, and answer calls from family members. It is also complicated for an older person to figure out how to find contacts. This is not what I wanted.
