  1. How much internal memory does it have. Last phone I got only had 4gb and filled up with only several app dowloads. Now won’t even update anything.

  2. I downloaded 2 apps, and got a message saying there was not enough memory to download anything else. I would not recommend this phone. Bought a 32GB microSD card and installed, but I can’t figure out how to move any APPS there. Been through several tutorials on YouTube, but don’t see any of the buttons they say to push on my phone.

I have been able to move only photos & music to the SD card. Hate it. Wish I had sent it back the day after I activated it. Bought it for the camera and 4G, but not worth it. In addition, I have not been able to send any of the pictures I have taken on it via TEXT. Just sits there…

    • You are absolutely correct! I haven’t been able to figure out how to move apps to the secondary storage, either. I haven’t tried sending photos. It’s fine for making calls. Texts without photos seem to work fine.

Tracfone was offering the phone for free with purchase of time. At that price, the phone is worth it.. if your needs aren’t really sophisticated. I had a flip phone that started working by itself (ghost dialer?), so I had to get a new phone. At the price (free) it’s worth it.. but not for a higher price.

      • I have used many tracfone smartphones regardless of brand and if you go to google play which has an app on your current zte phone… If you type-in under search.. You will find many apps that transfer apps to the memory card. Not every app will transfer after installing but you could at least try this.

Nothing on your phone currently moves apps to sd card except 3rd party apps for this purpose do. Also… You could hook up your phone via usb cable to a desk top computer or laptop with windows 10 or 7 and bring up the internal files of the tracfone and move them this way. I have moved photos and ringtones and other files this way .. Thought this will help!

Sounds like this “Tracfone ZTE Paragon (Z753G)” must be exactly like the Tracfone Alcatel OneTouch Pop Icon that I purchased last Fall – as far as the Internal storage goes. You can NOT put apps on the SD card, & with all the Google apps that come with this Android 4.4, you’ll be lucky to get something like Facebook & Messenger stored to this phone before it tells you “Insufficient storage”.

And you can’t remove the Google apps that come with phone or it messes the phone up! I am Very Disappointed with my Tracfone Alcatel (my Android version is 4.4.2) – No Where did it tell me in the specs that I wouldn’t be able to store apps on the SD card. I was hoping this ZTE Paragon was different but obviously not from the previous comments.
